"First Burst"
Our weather may be unpredictable, but every March the blooming Cherry Trees on the Oregon State Capitol Mall is an anticipated local event for Salem residents and visitors. The mature flowering cherry trees bloom as early as March 8th and as late as the 21st. Weather depending, the flowers last 7-10 days. Bring your camera! --MARCH 21, 2006
